Refund policy
We ONLY offer refunds on genuinely *faulty goods.
*Faulty goods: Does not include accidental or wilful damage, neglect, water damage, loss or theft.
After we have been given reasonable time to address and understand the nature of the problem, we may offer a replacement of the defective item for you if the product is still within the warranty period.
We do not offer a try before you keep service.
Any goods returned within the normal on-line purchase period may incur a restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund. This policy would normally include any item that has obvious signs of wear, or has manufacturers packing film removed which means that the product can no longer be sold as new.
